The Gridley Swimming Pool located on the Butte County
Fairgrounds at 199 East Hazel Street is set to open June 9th, 2008 at noon. With the opening of the pool swim lessons will be held from June 16th through July 10th (no lessons on Fridays or weekends).

Children must be at least four years old to enroll. Sign-up today!

Fair office hours are: Monday - Friday
8 a.m. to Noon &
1 p.m. to 5 p.m

There will be two swim lesson times offered one from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Classes offered will be for non-swimmer and beginner.

The swim lesson cost is $25 for the first child in a family with additional siblings being discounted at $20 per child, in the same swim session.

Swim lessons are in two-week sessions:
June 16th through June 26th
June 30th through July 10th.

Swim students must be pre-registered and paid in advance at the fair office at 199 East Hazel Street in Gridley.

Public swimming is held Monday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. The pool is closed on Sunday. The pool will also be closed for public swimming on Friday, June 27th through Sunday, June 29th due to the Gridley Gator Invitational.
