Johnny D saw his first Eagles concert and was suddenly hooked! Since that long day ago, he has been working to perfect his craft playing guitar, touring, writing, and producing his last four albums. The main influences are Keith Urban, Toby Keith, Eagles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, 38 Special, The Allman Brothers and many more. These diverse influences give SteelHorse a unique sound.
Johnny D was a top ten finalist on Nashville Star in 2004. He's played with Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Joe Diffie, Tracy Byrd, and many others. Come on out to our next show. You're gonna dance, sing & throw your cowboy & cowgirl hats in the air!
